Classes of ’69 and ’89 Celebrate Milestone Reunions

It’s a summer of milestones for the classes of ’69 and ’89! These Huskies know how to stay connected and celebrate! Thanks to representatives from these classes for sending in great photos and recaps. Check them out!

Class of 1969

The Class of 1969 started the weekend with a social at Amici’s in Ebensburg on Friday evening, enjoying drinks and appetizers. On Saturday, the class had reserved seating for Mass at Holy Name Church. Following Mass, alumni took a tour of Bishop Carroll and Aquinas Hall, followed by a cocktail hour and a group photo on the bleachers in the gymnasium. Dinner was catered by All Occasions Catering n Gallitzin, and music was provided by classmate Fred Stossel.

Attendees spent the evening catching up, looking at the memorial tree, browsing old yearbooks, and enjoying a slideshow. They honored their classmates who served in the armed forces, those who have passed away, and those who have received special honors or distinctions since their last reunion.

The class of 1989 held two events to mark its 30th reunion: an informal gathering at Pour on Center on Friday, July 26, and its formal reunion celebration on Saturday, July 27, at PJ’s Tavern in Cresson.

Classmates enjoyed reconnecting with old friends and making new memories.
