~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Summer is a good time to get a jump start on the things required for the 2010-11 school year! Read a book. Serve your community. Get the credit! ~~~~~ All students are required to get at least 28 AR points for the 2010-11 school year. Testing begins right away. Students may NOT check books out of the BC library over the summer ; however, the AR list will be proveded to all local public libraries. as well as here on the Bishop Carroll website. The BC library will be open at the following times for students to take AR tests :
Tuesday, June 29 10 AM to Noon Tuesday, July 13 10 AM to Noon Tuesday, July 27 10 AM to Noon Tuesday, August 3 10AM to Noon Tuesday, August 10 10 AM to Noon Tuesday, August 17 10 AM to Noon
Call the school office or email Mrs. Ratchford with questions. ~~~~~ Service hours completed over the summer are counted towards the 2010-11 requirement of at least 20 hours from all students. Seniors are expected to complete Senior Service projects, but those hours must still be documented on the service hour form, after approval by Mr. Skura or Mrs. Wolfe.
