As a private, Catholic high school, Bishop Carroll relies on alumni and friends who are generous with their time, talent and treasure in order to thrive. But volunteering isn’t a one-way street. While our students benefit from alumni and friends who give their time, volunteers also benefit from getting involved.
Here’s how volunteering can make an impact for you:
· Reconnect with other alumni to rekindle past friendships and form new friendships.
· Discover a new sense of purpose and joy in making a difference for students and families.
· Utilize your own talents and skills to help BC thrive.
· Leave a lasting legacy at your alma mater.
Volunteer opportunities can be tailored to meet your interest and your availability and to accommodate your schedule and location. Work on projects that you care about, use your talents to advance the mission, and attend meetings virtually if you don’t live near Husky Hill.
In addition to support for alumni reunions and fundraising events, the alumni office is seeking volunteers to connect with classmates and share BC’s vision for the future. Contact Annalisa McCann in the alumni office to learn more at: [email protected] or (814) 472-7500 x104.
